An early 20th century row house will be expanded and modernized for a growing family. The detached rear yard cottage, which fronts a romantic unpaved alley, will be reconstructed as an Accessory Dwelling Unit. In between, terraced landscaping joins the two structures with colorful and edible planting. A new garage at the street supports another landscape helping to embrace the house with gardens at all sides. This project has received Planning approval.
